the weather forecast is scaring me a little. it's supposed to get up to 80 this week. um... it's april, guys. in COLORADO. where much of my day is spent inside the shadow of a big ass mountain. THERE WILL BE NO 80 DEGREES.

if i say it enough maybe it will come true.

i've watched some really good movies lately. and some okay ones, too. but the good ones were little children, slumdog millionaire, the visitor, the 3rd season of big love, and the 1st and second seasons of 30 rock. i guess that sums up the last 3 or 4 weeks.

the running is still going pretty well, aside from the blizzard hiatus last week. i still pretty much feel like i'm dying for the last 1.75 miles (of my 2-mile jaunt), but at least i'm doing it. right? unfortunately, i've managed to scope out a little thai place just minutes from my work, so i've been indulging in thai teas nearly everyday. these runs might soon become a necessity.
